Waiting on redemption payout since 9/14 it’s well over two months now. It’s buried in the TOS that it could take up to 90 days. I contact support on a weekly basis asking for updates, they say “we are passsing this along to our redemption team.” Then do absolutely nothing about it.

These guys are the best in the business!! They work fast and have great relationships with many of the casino reps. Max who runs it is extremely polite and responds quickly to messages.
